He joined the firm in 1993, bringing over seventeen years of insurance industry experience. He was both sales and training manager with The Guardian Life Insurance Company. Prior to that, he held similar positions with Phoenix Home Life Mutual Insurance Company. Izzy is a 1975 graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned a BA in Journalism. He is a Registered Representative with NFP Securities, Inc. He and his wife Marti live in Cherry Hill NJ. They have two daughters.
